Cinnamon Apples

Ingredients:
2 apples
2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup water
1/4 cup lemon juice
Instructions:
1. Combine water, lemon juice, and cinnamon in a bowl.
2. Slice apples 1/4 inch thick.
3. Soak apples in water mixture for 10-15 minutes.
4. Evenly space the apples on dehydrator trays and dehydrate for 8-12 hours until the apples are completely dry. Squeeze the apple to make sure all the moisture has been evaporated.
5. Store in an air tight container.
